Traffic Accident Reconstruction

In a recent case…our client was charged with 2 counts of murder from a traffic collision. One of the key pieces of evidence the prosecution was relying upon was the airbag control module which captured our clients speed at 24 miles over the speed limit. We definitively proved that the “black box” was wrong because the man had changed the sizes of the tires on the vehicle. In fact he was only traveling 12 MPH above the posted speed limit.
