On August 2nd, SRI’s crime scene expert, Shelly Rice was called by the Chief Deputy of Leslie County to utilize her certified training and expertise for two separate cases: A murder scene and suicide. Shelly collected evidence, packaged the evidence, search for evidence, and professionally processed the scenes.
