SRI is investigating a case that requires us to figure out who is driving the vehicle. The crashed vehicle was brought to our office/lab to determine the PDOF (principle direction of force). The occupants paths of travel is represented in the attached photographs by red and blue string. The red string represents the drivers path of travel the blue string represents the passengers path of travel. After identifying these paths of travel a Chevrolet Impala was lined up with damage to the front of the vehicle to recreate the angle of the vehicles at impact.
