Digital Investigation – Cheating Spouse

A few months ago, we received a call from a client requesting our digital investigator to review a computer as she suspected that her spouse was cheating.  The computer was delivered to SRI, and our digital investigator, Jason Woods got to work.  Jason discovered that the computer contained an SD card in one of drives.  By running a recovery program on the SD card, Jason successfully recovered dozens of images portraying evidence of infidelity. The images on this SD card had previously been deleted however Jason was able to recover them.  CASE CLOSED.
