At Stidham Reconstruction & Investigation, we are always asked what makes us different? We let our team’s constant pursuit of education and certifications speak for itself. Over the summer, four different team members earned five new certifications after undergoing further training.
D.L. Coleman, one of our seasoned investigators, recently earned two new distinctions after successful completion and testing to become a digital forensics specialist. D.L. earned a smartphone technology and forensics certification (SMART+) from PACtech. Only days later, D.L. received his iNPUT-ACE certification after completing a course on digital investigations using video footage. After certification courses, Mr. Coleman is now a recognized leader in the use video analysis tools and smartphone forensics through hands-on training.
Two newest members of our team, Ashley Noble and Karolina Boren, completed their first formal Detective Training Course with the Public Agency Training Counsel in Indianapolis. After completion of the 35 hour course, Ashley & Karolina have officially received their Investigator certifications.
Our founder, Joey Stidham, also participated in continuing education course recently. Joey attended the American Traffic Safety Service Association’s Certification Course in Las Vegas, Nevada. With a background as a career police officer and state trooper, Joey and his team are routinely called to work traffic collisions that occur in construction zones where there is inadequate or improper traffic control. After attending the training course, Joey obtained his certification as a Traffic Control Technician.
As we look to the future, we are choosing to invest in our people, making them the best trained in our profession with the most advanced tools at their disposal. Each continuing education certification provides invaluable credentialing and hands-on experience to give SRI a competitive advantage–especially when in technology heavy time.
