3 years ago SRI was retained by a law firm out of Nashville, TN to represent a truck driver that had been rear-ended on I-40 in Memphis, TN. The case was settled in excess of a million dollars on behalf of our client. After the settlement of that case the insurance company for our client retained SRI to defend the our client in a counter-claim against him by the truck driver that hit our client. This counter-claim was in U.S District Court in Memphis, TN.
The case went to trial a month ago. Joey Stidham, owner of SRI testified as to the causation and the reason for the causation of the traffic collision and a federal court jury returned stating that our client had no liability for the collision. The jury gave the truck driver that rear-ended our client nothing. Status of Case – CLOSED
