HCTC offering CSI training classes: HAZARD — Crime Scene Investigation (CSI), most often recognized from popular hit television shows, has found another niche in Perry County.
The Institute of Police Technology and Management (IPTM), a renowned police training school in Jacksonville, Fl., has begun offering courses at the Technical Campus of Hazard Community and Technical College (HCTC).
